Hello! A wee bit overdue, but Mandy's food was cooked on Friday, and I didn't really have a chance to post the process, til now. Anyway, the reason I'm posting, is that I did her food a little bit different, this time...mostly that there were some added vegetables. Anyway, this won't be a long post. I'll just give you some pictures, and information about what is what. What's in the pan? The Vegetables... let's hope I don't miss anything! 1 Italian and 1 yellow summer squash 1 package of celery hearts 3 carrots 2 parsnips (New to both me and Mandy...I tried one, and though a little stronger than carrot, I didn't consider it bad.) 1 yellow bell pepper About 1/4 of a bunch of spinich ...All chopped, of course. What's in the bowl? The meat! 4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into bite-sized pieces. And finally, what's in the measuring cup? About 1 and 2/3 of a cup of cooked instant brown rice. Sorry for the blurry picture! The camera wasn't focusing right. Just mix all these things together, and you'll have one happy, pampered pooch! Mandy seemed to consider this my best effort yet. Mandy and I salute you! Happy cooking!
